This might the inherent evil in me or just simple pre-maternal instincts, but for once I agree with the killer- a texas man who fatally struck his 4 year old daughter’s rapist. He was on a ranch with his daughter when he heard her scream, saw the man assaulting his child, and beat the man. Man died on the scene.

I hope it was an accident and that he did not intentionally kill him, but as we will never really be able to tell if it’s anger, accident, or intentions, i say benefit of the doubt for a man in possibly the scariest situation of his life.
