1. ive been afraid to fall asleep too early these past few nights. i keep smiles and laughs at work since it’s the last days and i want to leave them on a good note, but i feel torn inside. you can void out the negativity during your conscious state, but how do you in those minutes before you sleep when it’s all subconsious taking over and all you feel is misery and doubt. doubt. it has been planted. the subconsious will make sure you know, in your most vunerable moment, when you’re slipping into deep sleep but still able to process the failures of your life
